Gerardo founded Door to Door Fitness in 2009 after a five year hiatus from Personal Training. Gerardo spent that time nurturing his own health while suffering from a cardiomypathy, which later resulted in Gerardo receiving a heart transplant. Doctors can be quoted saying his recovery was miraculous. Now Gerardo is ready to face anything with a healthy heart, body and mind!
Lauren Leppla, Personal Trainer
Lauren is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is an accomplished triathlete and has competed at the national and international level. While training her friends for endurance races, Lauren found a passion for helping others get fit and reach their goals. She is a recent graduate from NYU with a degree in Environmental Studies, and was a member of the NYU Triathlon team. She strives to help others reach a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle through physical fitness.
