Gerardo Lambert, Master Trainer

Gerardo founded Door to Door Fitness in 2009 after a five year hiatus from Personal Training. Gerardo spent that time nurturing his own health while suffering from a cardiomypathy, which later resulted in Gerardo receiving a heart transplant. Doctors can be quoted saying his recovery was miraculous. Now Gerardo is ready to face anything with a healthy heart, body and mind!

Tim Brunetto, Trainer

Tim is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) – an elite group of professionals in the health and fitness clinical fields. He is a recent graduate from Roanoke College, in Virginia, with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance with a degree in Exercise Science. Tim is very well studied in topics including Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Injury and Disease Prevention, as well as Older and Young Adult fitness programs.
